I did it, I made good on my threat.  After I got the $20 refund from Bank of America, I called Citibank and opened the EZ checking account and a money market (savings account type thingy).  I called my job and stopped my direct deposit effective immediately and as soon as I get my Citibank account info in the mail I’ll start the process of switching everything over to the new card/accounts.  I’m so excited!  I’m wondering if I can close my savings account online or if I have to go into the branch to do so.  I was thinking about that tonight and if I do go in there to change the account I’ll just say that I’m moving abroad or something so they don’t give me as much of a hassle as last time.
